Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)

The Craniosacral Fascial System plays a crucial role in the body.  Characterized by the subtle movement of the brain and spinal cord that effectively pumps cerebrospinal fluid into the interconnected fascial network. When physical or emotional trauma disrupts this fluid movement, it generates pressure on nerves, muscles, organs, blood vessels, lymph vessels, and bones. This restriction can have profound effects on bodily functions, serving as a key factor in various health conditions.

Pregnant Belly

As a Craniosacral Fascial Therapist, I specialize in assisting the body in its preparation for pregnancy, throughout the pregnancy, and in the healing process after birth. My focus extends to the parent, the newborn, and the child as they develop. Even the most wonderful birth experience can be inherently traumatic as our body, mind, and spirit transition into this new chapter of life. I would be privileged to support you, no matter where you are on this journey. The postpartum experience is a lifelong one for both parent and child.
